Having been born and raised here on Long Island, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to watch how our communities have grown together over the years. My wife and I have raised our children, and are now in the process of helping to raise our grandchildren, here on Long Island. We built our dream home here in the 80’s, and personally having over 35 years’ experience in both banking and general contracting it gives me the unique ability to help first time buyers look at a home and understand the true potential of a particular house. At the same time, it enables me to help a seller look at ways to increase the value of their home which they are selling.
